Question on work system

Hi, good day to all!  I'm ask to inquire for a software or a solution. Our manager needs to make our job more efficient. Perhaps, automating work system will take it more convenient to  meet some requirements. Primarily, this is to improve our office quality system. And since technology is partly discussed on this forum, I am counting on some members that you could give some suggestions. Anyone who could reply about it?
