Exit rate in Google Analytics is the percentage of people who leave your website from a specific page. It shows how often visitors decide to stop browsing after reaching that page. For example, if 100 people visit a page and 30 of them leave the site from there, the exit rate is 30%. It’s different from bounce rate, which measures visitors who leave without interacting at all. A high exit rate isn’t always bad—it depends on the page’s purpose.
